 Yetunde Daniels Rubinstein is a dedicated counselor and educator passionate about empowering individuals and groups to achieve meaningful growth. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Arising Educational Consultants, she leads with partnership, empathy, humor, humility, and trust, creating inclusive spaces where dialogue thrives and transformation begins.

Drawing on her rich personal journey as an immigrant, Division I athlete, U.S. Army veteran, mother of teenagers, and lifelong learner, Yetunde brings a unique and relatable perspective to her work. She evaluates each client’s needs with care, aligning them with the expertise of her team to maximize impact on both individual and group levels.

A certified SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) facilitator, Yetunde skillfully guides challenging conversations around diversity and inclusion, fostering open communication and collaboration. Her ability to navigate complex topics has made her a trusted partner for schools, organizations, and communities seeking lasting change.

In addition to her consulting work, Yetunde is a Lead Instructor in UCLA’s College Counseling Certificate Program, where she mentors future professionals in the field. She is currently pursuing her EdD at the University of San Francisco, deepening her expertise and commitment to education. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MsEd in Personnel Counseling.
